If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or different product from what you ordered, you may request a return or replacement. Return Eligibility Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. All original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories should be retained. Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, washing, ironing, alteration, or improper handling will not be eligible for return. Products that are customized or specially made according to the customer's requirements may not be eligible for return. Damaged or Incorrect Product If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Chikansazi within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund. Refund Policy Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider. Exchange Exchange requests may be accepted subject to product availability and eligibility under our return conditions. Customers may be required to pay applicable shipping charges for exchanges that are not due to an error or defect on our part.
